How do I register for the conference?
Click on the “Registration” button at the top of the page.
How do I make my hotel reservation?
Click on the “Accommodations” button at the top of the page.
How long do I have to make a hotel reservation?
As long as the hotel still has available rooms, you can make your hotel reservation, but the special conference rate may not be honored after the cutoff dates shown on the Accommodations page.
Is there on-site registration for the conference?
Yes, but we encourage early registration. Keep in mind you will also need to make your hotel reservations in advance.
Does the registration fee include rooming accommodations?
No. Rooming accommodations are separate and you are responsible for making your own reservations.
Who is considered an accompanying person?
Accompanying Persons must be a family member, spouse or significant other of a fully-paid delegate. If your Accompanying Person is also a work colleague attending the conference educational events, that person must purchase a full registration. Registration Fee includes the All Delegate Event, Awards Reception and Dinner and access to the Trade Show during show hours.
What if I need to cancel?
If a paid registrant cannot attend, a substitute delegate may take his/her place at no additional charge if NASPL is notified in writing prior to the cancellation date. The substitute delegate must also submit a completed registration form. All registrants not providing notice prior to the cancellation date of Wednesday, August 30, 2018, will be responsible for their full registration fees. Paid registrants cancelling after the Cancellation Date or not checking in at the event will not receive a refund. In the event a paid registrant is unable to attend or provide a substitute delegate, a full refund of the registration fee less processing fees will be made only if we receive a written cancellation no later than the cancellation date of Wednesday, August 30, 2018. All cancellations must be submitted via email to email@example.com or via fax to: 440-867-2327. All registration refunds will be processed following the conclusion of the event.
Is everyone invited to all of the events including the All Delegate Event?
Yes, if you purchase a full registration you are invited to all of the events including the All Delegate Event.
Will NASPL provide transportation from the airport to the hotels?
No, NASPL will not provide transportation. An option you have besides a cab or Uber is the Rapid. You can catch the Rapid at Cleveland Hopkins Airport and take it to Tower City Center in Downtown Cleveland which is fairly close to the NASPL 2018 hotels.
Will NASPL provide transportation from the hotels to the Convention Center?
No, transportation will not be provided to and from your hotel to the Convention Center.
What is the dress code for NASPL 2018?
The dress code for the entire Conference and Trade Show, other than the Closing Reception and Dinner, is business casual. The dress code for the Closing Reception & Dinner is business attire.
How many people typically attend a NASPL Conference?
Typically, around 800 - 1,000 delegates and vendors from around the world attend the NASPL Annual Conference.
